橡胶籽饼饲喂肉用仔鸡的毒理学研究

摘要：

橡胶籽饼含粗蛋白质21％～24％,作肉用仔鸡的蛋白质饲料,用量分别占饲粮的8％,16％,24％,10周龄时,随机抽样进行饲喂期增重、肝功能测定和肝组织切片镜检、胴体重、肌肉成份及品质的测定,结果无中毒性病理变化,生长发育良好,试验组与对照组间各项指标无显著性差异。

摘要：

Rubberseed cake which contained 21%～24% gross protein, 12%～24% gross fat, and calcium, phosphorus and other Compounds was used as protein additive in broiler's diet. The ratio of the additives to diet were 8%, 16% and 24% respectively. Groups of ten-week old broilers were sampled randomly and the following tests were conducted; weight increase of chickens during the experimental peroid, functions and histological changes of liver, carcass weight and the quality of musule. The results obtained indicated no pathogenic changes of intoxication, wellgrowth of the birds and no significant difference with examined index between test and control groups.
