云南省城市边缘区土地置换模式及其改进研究

摘要：

在对土地置换的相关文献进行梳理的基础上,对城市边缘区土地置换的概念和类型进行了界定;对云南省目前的城市边缘区土地置换现状进行了分析,基于我国东、中部地区发达城市在城市边缘区置换成功模式的比较,可以看到云南省在非权属性的城市边缘区土地置换运作上相对成熟,但在城市边缘区权属性土地置换上,置换模式和土地置换后对置换区农民的补偿方式明显单一,并提出了云南省城市边缘区土地实现有效置换的对策和建议。

摘要：

On the basis of literature review about land replacement, urban land replacement mode and concept are defined. Current statuses of urban land replacement on Yunnan province are generalized. Urban land replacement on State-owned construction land is relatively successful, urban land replacement model between State-owned construction land and collective-owned construction land is simplex and weak, land requisition compensation method also is comparatively simplex, compared with successful and typical urban land replacement model in eastern and central regions. Some suggestions finally are proposed to realize efficient urban land replacement in the paper.
