低蛋白质日粮对河田鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
把1980羽1日龄河田鸡按照体重相近原则随机分为2个处理,即对照组和试验组,每处理3个重复,每重复330羽。对照组各阶段日粮采用中国黄羽肉鸡(NY/T 33-2004)氨基酸模型及粗蛋白质水平,试验组日粮采用NRC(1994)氨基酸模型并在对照组的基础上降低粗蛋白质1个百分点,饲养至105 d,于28、42、75、105 d进行称重和采血制备血清,研究低蛋白质日粮对河田鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,结果表明:①除试验组28 d公母鸡平均体重显著大于对照组外(P<0.05),其余日龄(42、75、105 d)差异均不显著(P>0.05);②1~28 d、29~42 d、43~75 d、76~105 d等4个阶段,试验组与对照组的生长性能指标差异均不显著(P>0.05);③28、42、75、105 d试验组血清总蛋白、碱性磷酸酶含量均略高于对照组(P>0.05),血清尿素氮、尿酸含量均略低于对照组[其中42 d显著低于对照组(P<0.05)];随着日龄的增加,血清总蛋白呈显著上升趋势(P<0.05),血清尿素氮、尿酸及碱性磷酸酶等均呈下降趋势(P>0.05)。

摘  要:
1980 Hetian chickens(1-day old) were randomly separate into 2 groups(control and treatment groups) based on body weight with 3 replicates per group,330 birds per replicate.The diets in control group are formulated based on the amino acid model and crude protein level of Nutrient Requirements of Chinese Color-feathered chicken(NY/T 33-2004).The diets in treatment group are based on the amino acid model of NRC(1994) and 1% lower than the control diets in crude protein level.The growth performance and serum biochemical parameters were determined at day 28,42,75 and 105.The results showed as follows: the low-protein diets had no significant effect on body weight at each determination day except at day 28(P<0.05).There were no significant differences on growth performance between two groups at each stage(P>0.05).Serum total protein level and ALP(Alkaline phosphatase) activity were slightly higher in treatment group(P>0.05).However,The BUN(Blood Urea Nitrogen) and UA(Uric Acid) were slightly lower than control group(P>0.05).From day 28 to day 105,serum total protein level significantly increased(P<0.05),but BUN,UA and ALP were on a decreased trend(P>0.05).
