储气库老井井筒封堵水泥浆体系的优选与性能评价

摘  要:
针对常规水泥浆体系在储气库老井井筒中封堵效果差的现状,提出了一种新型的封堵体系——G级微膨胀纤维水泥浆体系,并通过室内试验优化了水泥浆体系中的降失水剂、分散剂、缓凝剂、纤维增塑剂以及膨胀剂的加量,最后评价了水泥石的力学形变性能和水泥浆体系的综合性能。优选出的G级微膨胀纤维水泥浆体系配方为:93%G级水泥+2%微硅+3%JB-1+2%SNP+0.05%ST500L+0.3%ST200R+4%ST900L+0.8%SXY-2,优化出的体系配方由于改性纤维的增塑和增韧的双重工效,使得水泥石具有很好的力学形变性能,抗折强度高达12.0MPa,完全能满足矿场井筒封堵强度的要求,在储气库老井井筒封堵中具有很好的应用前景。

摘  要:
Aiming at the poor plugging effect of common cement slurry in the wellbore of old well in gas storage,a new plugging system called G Grade of micro expansion fiber slurry system is put forward.The dosage of fluid loss agent,dispersant,retarder,fiber plasticizer and sweller were optimized and the mechanical properties of set cement and combination property of G Grade micro expansion fiber slurry system are also evaluated though laboratory experiment.The results show that the optimized formula was 93% G Grade cement+2% micro silicon+3%JB-1+2%SNP+0.05%ST500L+0.3%ST200R+4%ST900L+0.8%SXY-2.The slurry system has double efficiency of plasticizing and toughening because of the modified fiber.The slurry system has good mechanical deformation capacity and the flexural strength reaches12.0MPa.This can completely meet the requirements of wellbore plugging strength in the field.The G Grade micro expansion fiber cement slurry system has good application prospect for wellbore plugging of gas storage.
