收获期对陇薯7号块茎休眠和产量的影响

摘  要：
以陇薯7号为材料,研究了收获期对块茎休眠特性和产量的影响。结果表明,随着收获期的提前,块茎萌发期提前,休眠期反而延长,产量极显著降低。与正常收获时间(10月10日)相比,提前10、20、30 d收获,块茎萌发期分别提前7、7～14、14 d,休眠期分别延长3、6～13、16 d,产量分别降低16.73%、36.19%、54.6%。因此,采用提前收获达到提早解除种薯休眠的方法是不可取的,必须要创新繁种技术,缩短生育期,使其生理成熟期提前。

摘  要：
With Longshu 7 as material,the effects of harvest time on tuber dormancy and yield were studied. The results showed that with the advance of harvest time,the germination period of tuber was earlier,the dormancy period was longer,and the yield was significantly reduced. Compared with the normal harvest time(October 10),harvesting 10,20 and 30 days earlier,tuber germination period may be moved up by 7,7～14 and 14 days,dormancy period may be extended by 3,6 ～13 and 16 days,yield decreased by 16.73%,36.19% and 54.6% respectively. Therefore,it is not advisable to adopt early harvesting to release seed potato dormancy earlier. It is necessary to innovate breeding technology to shorten the growth period and make its physiological maturity earlier.
