MQG-4型苹果苗木切根机的设计

摘  要:
为了适应矮砧密植苹果苗圃规模化生产需要,结合果园苗圃现有栽培模式,应用内嵌于AIP中的ANSYS有限元分析软件,对切根铲进行了等效应力、变形量和安全系数的分析计算,设计了一种配套59kW拖拉机悬挂作业实现四行苹果苗木切根的苹果苗木切根机。田间试验表明,MQG-4型苹果苗切根机作业效果良好,劳动成本低,苗圃切根作业效率高。

摘  要:
In order to increase the operation efficiency in the nurseries,we design a kind of root cutting machine which could cut four line apple seedlings by one-stroke according to our country current orchard nursery existing cultivation mode.The root cutting shovel which is the critical components of this root cutting machine was analysed by the ANSYS technology embedded in AIP.The field test results show that this machine has a good operation effect and it could increase the nursery operation efficiency.
