分光光度法测定火腿中亚硝酸盐的含量

摘  要:
以盐酸萘乙二胺为显示剂,探讨了分光光度法测定火腿中亚硝酸盐含量的条件和分析方法。亚硝酸盐含量的线性范围为0.02~0.25μg/mL,回收率为93.8%,变异系数为7.9%。该方法用于火腿中亚硝酸钠含量的测定,结果满意。

摘  要:
Through using N-(1 -naphthyl) ethylenediamine dihydrochloride as color-developing agent, we explorer the optimum conditions for determining nitrite content by spectrophotometry. Under the optimum condition, the linear range of nitrite content was in the range from 0.02 to 0.25 μg/mL, the recovery rate was 93.8 % with the variation coefficient of 7.9 % . This method applied to determination of nitrite in sausages has obtained satisfactory results.
