摘 要:
为研究新鲜鸡粪和有机肥对植物中N、P、K养分沉积的影响,试验采用试验田播种小油菜,以新鲜鸡粪和生物有机肥设计7个处理,对照组不施用任何肥料,L1、M1、H1组每亩(1亩≈666.7 m2)分别施用鲜鸡粪0.5,1.0,2.0 t,L2、M2、H2组每亩分别施用生物有机肥0.5,1.0,2.0 t。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,鲜鸡粪各组土壤中K沉积量差异不显著(P>0.05),H2组K沉积量差异显著(P<0.05);生物有机肥各组之间相比,H2组K沉积量显著高于L2、M2组(P<0.05);施用2种肥料对土壤中N、P沉积量的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),其中以H2组N、P沉积量最高。2)与对照组相比,鲜鸡粪各组小油菜中N沉积量差异不显著(P>0.05),L1组显著高于L2组(P<0.05),H1组显著高于M2、H2组(P<0.05),极显著高于L2组(P<0.01);施用2种肥料对小油菜中P沉积量的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,M1、H1组对植物中K沉积量的影响差异显著(P<0.05),其他各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。

摘 要:
To study of the effects of fresh poultry manure and bio-organic fertilizer on nutrient deposition of nitrogen( N),phosphorus( P) and potassium( K) in the plant. The experimental field was used for sowing Brassica campestris,and Seven experimental treatments were designed using fresh chicken manure and bio-organic fertilizer,in which the control group was not applied with any fertilizer,but the group L1,M1and H1 were applied with fresh poultry manure of 0. 5,1. 0,and 2. 0 t in each mu( 1 mu ≈666. 7 square meters) respectively,while the group L2,M2 and H2 were also applied with bio-organic fertilizer of 0. 5,1. 0,and 2. 0 t in every 667 m2respectively. The results showed that there was no significant differences( P > 0. 05) in the K deposition in soil with the application of fresh chicken manure in each group compared with the control group,but there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05) in the K deposition of the group H2; the K deposition of the group H2 was significantly higher than that of the group L2 and group M2( P < 0. 05) compared with the groups of bio-organic fertilizers; there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05) in the effects of the application of the two fertilizers on the deposition of N and P in soil,but the deposition of N,P,and K of the group H1 was the highest. 2) there was no significant differences( P > 0. 05) in the N deposition with the application of fresh poultry manure in each group compared with the control group,but the N deposition of the group L1was significantly higher( P < 0. 05) than that of the group L2,and the group H1 was significantly higher( P < 0. 05) than the group M2 and group H2 and was extremely significantly higher( P < 0. 01) than the group L2 in the N deposition. There were no significant difference( P > 0. 05) in the effects of the application of the two fertilizers on the P deposition in Brassica campestris. There were significant differences( P < 0. 05) in the effects of the group M1 and group H1 on the K deposition in the plants compared with the control,but no significant differences( P > 0. 05) between the other groups.
