为了适应新课程理念的要求,必须对传统的教师管理制度进行改革。改变传统的教师评价体系,倡导发展性教师评价;抓好课改通识培训,让教师走上名师成长之路;开发校本教材,让教师尝试专家探索之趣;抓好课改研究,让教师由教书匠转变成研究者。让教师掌握教育教学的主动权,是适应新课程要求的教师管理制度改革的关键。

摘  要：
To adapt to the conception of new courses, reforms on the traditional management system of teachers become essential. We should reform the traditional evaluation system of teachers,develop a new evaluation system, research on courses reforms and general training in order to foster famous teachers, compile textbooks which make teachers enjoy the pleasure on discoving and researching. In a word, if the teacher is initiative on teaching, we have mastered the key to teachers management system in the reform. It is important to adapt to the new courses reform for teachers being innitiative on teaching.
