摘  要:
【目的】对荔枝霜霉病生物防治研究现状及存在问题进行总结和分析,以期为后续研究及生产应用提供参考。【方法】以现有文献为依据,从植物活性筛选、微生物活性筛选、有效成分分析和产品开发4个方面总结荔枝霜霉病生物防治研究进展。【结果】自然界拥有丰富的荔枝霜霉菌生防资源。我国对荔枝霜霉病生物防治研究比较活跃,但现行研究以对拮抗植物、微生物的初筛为主要目的,停留在对拮抗生物代谢产物的活性测试水平,对活性物质的生化性质探讨不够深入,阻碍了荔枝霜霉病生防药物的开发与应用,资源价值没有真正得到实现。【建议】以拮抗荔枝霜疫霉菌活性成分为核心,加强对其结构鉴定、化学构效分析及其诱抗和抑菌机理等研究,为研制新型生物农药奠定更坚实的理论基础和物质基础。

摘  要:
【Objective】The research status and the existing problems of biological control of Peronophythora litchii were summarized and analyzed to provide references for further research and manufacturing production. 【Method】Advances in Peronophythora litchii bio-control research were described from the aspects of bioactivity screening of plants and microorganisms, active ingredients analysis and products development. 【Result】There are rich bio-control resources against P. litchii in nature. Research on bio-control of P. litchii is more active in China. But most experiments remain in bioactivity test phase of antagonistic metabolites mainly targeting antagonistic plants and antagonistic microorganisms screening. The biochemical properties of active substances has not been discussed enough. Therefore the biological pes-ticide development and application are stagnant. Resources value has not yet been achieved. 【Suggestion】In order to lay more solid theoretical and material foundation for new biological pesticides development, future research should be centered on the bioactive components research, such as their structure identification, chemical structure-activity relationship study, antifungal mechanism and resistance mechanism investigation.
