国际大豆价格波动下的中国对策

摘  要：
2007年粮食危机爆发以来大豆价格波动频繁,中国也受到了巨大的冲击。这次的大豆价格波动是多种要素综合作用的结果,长期的供求矛盾是波动的内在动力,而暂时凸显的政治、经济等因素是导致价格超常波动的原因。面对国际大豆新形势,提出综合经济、法律、行政和政策手段来稳定国内大豆市场和价格。

摘  要：
Since the outbreak of global food crisis in 2007,soybean price has fluctuated frequently,and China has also been impacted hugely.The soybean fluctuation resulted from comprehensive effect of multiple factors.The long-term imbalance between supply and demand was the inherent power of the fluctuation,while temporarily highlight political,economic and other factors led to the extraordinary price fluctuation.Facing with the new situation of the international soybean,this paper proposed the comprehensive economic,legal,administrative and policy measures to stabilize the domestic soybean market and price.
