添加有益微生物厌氧消化木薯杆的效果研究

摘  要:
[目的]探讨不同秸秆发酵剂厌氧消化单一木薯杆或混合基质的效果。[方法]选择活力99生酵剂(1.20×1010cfu/g)、产酶益生素(2.0×1010cfu/g)、粗饲料降解剂(2.0×108cfu/g)3种复合有益菌进行试验。试验组在木薯杆原料中添加微生物发酵剂,对照组只添加同量的水,厌氧消化基质3个月,测定其粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、钙、磷、氨基酸含量。[结果]厌氧消化效果与秸秆发酵剂的种类有关,也与基质种类有关。粗饲料降解剂可以显著提高单一木薯杆的粗脂肪、磷、天冬氨酸、丝氨酸、丙氨酸含量;3种发酵剂对木薯杆混合和单一基质粗蛋白、粗纤维含量均无明显影响;粗饲料降解剂处理木薯杆对改善木薯杆饲料品质有一定效果,产酶益生素、活力99没有效果。[结论]该研究可为木薯秆制作生物饲料新技术筛选出适宜的发酵剂。

摘  要:
[Objective] To discuss the effects of anaerobic digestion of different straw starters on single cassava-rod or mixed matrix.[Method] Three types of starters,including active 99 fermentation agent(1.20×1010 cfu/g),enzyme-producing probiotics(2.0×1010 cfu/g),and roughage degradation agent(2.0×108 cfu/g),were selected.The cassava rod materials were added with microbial starter in the experimental group,but the same amount of water in the control group,after three-month anaerobic digestion of the matrix,the contents of crude protein,crude fiber,crude fat,calcium,phosphorus,and amino acid were determined.[Result] The anaerobic digestion results were closely related to the type of starters and matrix.The roughage degradation agent can significantly improve the content of fat,phosphorus,aspartate,serine and alanine of single cassava-rod;Three kinds of starters had no significant effect on the contents of crude protein and crude fiber in single cassava-rod and mixed matrix;the roughage degradation agent had certain effect on improving the quality of cassava-rod feed,while enzyme-producing probiotics and energy 99 did not have.[Conclusion] The study selected the optimum starter for preparing bio-feeds with cassava rod.
