摘 要：
重组人雌激素受体(hER)基因酵母细胞(W303-1A/hER-ERE-Lac Z)是一种酵母细胞传感器,可用于监测尿液中雌激素类药物的含量。从某养猪场选取猪尿液16份,经常规方法处理后,作用于该细胞传感器,结果发现,妊娠期和哺乳期母猪的雌激素类药物残留分别为-2.03和-2.49lognmol/Lβ-雌二醇当量,无统计学差异,均为雌激素生理水平的本底值,表明所测动物未使用雌激素类育肥药物。

摘 要：
The yeast cell of recombinant human estrogen receptor( hER) gene( W303-1A/hER-ERE-Lac Z) is a kind of yeast cell sensor,and can be used to monitor estrogenic drugs in pig urine by measuring the activity of β-galactosidase. In this study,16 pig urine samples were collected from a pig farm,and after treated by usual method,the cell sensor was used to detect the estrogenic drugs in urines. The result showed that the residues of estrogenic drugs were-2. 03 and-2. 49 lognmol /L β-estradiol equivalent in the urine of the sows during the lactation and pregnant periods and no difference was statistically found. The changes were due to the background variation of physiological estrogen levels. It indicated that the fattening drugs,such as estrogens,have not been illegally used in the pig farm.
