摘 要：
This paper reviews the achievements made under the support of Fundamental Research Funds for Rubber Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agriculture Sciences during the "11th Five-Year Plan". Then, problems were analyzed and the control measures were proposed. Finally, in order to exploit fully the funds of the project, suggestions on how to better manage the funds were proposed for higher authority.
