磷酸铵镁法回收污泥脱水液中磷的研究

摘  要:
城市污水厂厌氧消化污泥脱水液中含有高浓度的氨氮和磷酸盐,采用磷酸铵镁法可实现磷的回收,并减轻由于脱水液回流而导致的污水处理主工艺的氮、磷负荷提高。本文对投加镁离子从消化污泥脱水液中回收磷酸铵镁的主要影响因素进行研究,结果表明:1)消化污泥脱水液中氨氮充足,只需保证镁磷摩尔比大于1∶1,pH值在8.5以上,磷酸盐去除率可达85%以上;2)相对于搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉淀时间、是否投加晶种等因素,pH值对磷酸盐去除率影响最大,pH值分别为7.5,8.5,9.5时,磷酸盐去除率分别为56%,87%和97%;3)消化污泥脱水液中本身含有的钙离子会导致磷酸铵镁纯度下降。

摘  要:
The precipitation process via Magnesium Ammonium Phosphate(MAP) could remove and recycle the high strength phosphorus existing in sludge liquor and so decrease the loading rate of phosphorus when the sludge liquor is recycled to the front process.This paper investigated the influence factors of MAP precipitation from sludge liquor by adding Mg2+.The results showed that amount of ammonia is enough in sludge liquor,and the phosphorus removal efficiency could reach more than 85% with mole ratio of Mg2+ and PO3-4 above 1∶1 and pH value above 8.5.Compared with other parameters such as stirring speed,reaction time,precipitation time and crystal seed adding,pH value is the crucial factor.When the pH value is 7.5,8.5,9.5,the phosphorus removal rate were 56%,87%,and 97% respectively.the Ca2+ existing in the sludge liquor will affect the purity of MAP.
