网络环境下的查收查引工作探讨

摘  要：
近年来,我国一些科研机构、高等院校、科技工作者、期刊编辑部等进行文献查收查引要求显著增加。发表的学术论文被国外著名数据库收录或引用的情况,已被国内许多科研机构、高等院校作为评价学术水平的一个重要标准。为了有效地开展查收查引工作,探讨了网络环境下开展此项工作的服务流程、检索技巧及工作中存在的问题,并就目前存在的问题提出了一些发展思路。
