社会主义新农村建设是一项综合系统工程,必须从中国的国情出发,紧紧围绕总体目标,结合各地农村的具体情况,因地制宜,突出重点,扎实推进。建设社会主义新农村必须坚持科学发展观,用开放的、全局的、系统的观念指导,深入探讨建设社会主义新农村的动力,寻找新农村建设的突破口,才能最终实现其目的。

摘  要：
As one comprehensive and systematic project,the construction of socialist new countryside must be firmly pushed forward based on the national situation in China.Tightly grasping the general aim,we have to adjust our policy and measures to the specific conditions in local areas and pay our attention to the key program.We must adhere to the scientific view of development and explore the driving force of building socialist new countryside in depth with an open,comprehensive and systematic view,trying to find the breakthrough.Only in this way are we finally able to realize our target.
