茉莉酸甲酯对葡萄砧木‘SA17’耐NaHCO_3胁迫的影响

摘  要:
为了探讨外源茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对葡萄碱性盐(NaHCO_3)耐性的影响,以葡萄砧木‘SA17’[V.amurensis×(V.berlandieri×V.riparia)]为试材,测定了不同浓度(0、2、20、200 μmol/L)的MeJA浇施处理对葡萄NaHCO_3胁迫(100 mmol·L~(-1))耐性的影响。结果表明:碱性盐胁迫下低浓度外源MeJA处理提高了葡萄根系活力、SOD和POD酶活性,降低了MDA含量,高浓度的MeJA则相反。其中,以20 μmol·L~(-1) MeJA处理缓解NaHCO_3胁迫效果最为显著。此外,20 μmol·L~(-1) MeJA处理浓度显著提高了NaHCO_3胁迫不同时间点(0、3、9、12 d)的葡萄根系活力、 SOD和POD酶活性,降低了MDA含量。并且,20 μmol·L~(-1) MeJA有助于维持碱性盐胁迫下氧化还原对比值[AsA/DHA、GSH/GSSG、NAD(P)H/NAD(P)],即维持氧化还原平衡,提高葡萄耐碱性盐胁迫能力。

摘  要:
In order to explore the effect of exogenous methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on the tolerance of grapevines to alkaline salt (NaHCO_3),the grape rootstock 'SA17'[V.amurensis×(V.berlandieri×V.riparia)]was used as the test material.The effects of different concentrations (0,2,20,200 μmol·L~(-1)) of MeJA treatment on the tolerance of grapevines to NaHCO_3 stress (100 mmol·L~(-1)) were determined.The results showed that low-concentration exogenous MeJA treatment increased the root vigor,SOD and POD enzyme activities,and decreased the MDA content under alkaline salt stress,High-concentration MeJA treatment were the opposite.Among five treatment concentrations,20 μmol·L~(-1) MeJA led to the best effects in alleviating NaHCO_3 stress.In addition,the treatment of 20 μmol·L~(-1) MeJA significantly increased the root vigor,SOD and POD enzyme activities and reduce the MDA content of grapevines at different time points (0,3,9,12 d) after NaHCO_3 treatment.Moreover,20 μmol·L~(-1) MeJA contributed to maintain the ratio of redox pairs[AsA/DHA,GSH/GSSG,NAD(P)H/NAD(P)]under alkaline salt stress,that is to say,it maintained redox balance,improved the ability of grapevine to withstand alkaline salt stress.
