离子色谱法测定农田灌溉水中的6种阴离子

摘  要:
建立了一种无需样品前处理,直接测定农田灌溉水中6种阴离子的离子色谱法。分析柱为容量高、亲水性强的Dionex IonPac AS19阴离子交换柱,EG40在线产生KOH淋洗液,等浓度泵作梯度淋洗。该方法对6种阴离子的检出限为0.008~0.075μg/L,线性范围高于2个数量级。并将该方法用于武汉市南湖地区水样中阴离子的检测,实际样品的加标回收率在97.0%~103.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%。

摘  要:
A new method was developed for determination of anions in irrigation water by ion chromatography without pretreatment.The separation of anions was achieved on IonPac AS19 column with KOH as gradient elution and the detection was performed by conductivity detection.The detection limits of anions were 0.008~0.075 μg/L.The linear ranges were above two orders of magnitude.The method was applied for the detection of anions in irrigation water in Wuhan.The recoveries of spiked standard samples were 97.0%~103.5%,and relative standard deviation(RSD) of the peak area for the five successive injections of irrigation water was less than 5%.
