不同分化时期牛脂肪细胞抵抗素mRNA丰度变化

摘  要：
选取犊牛大网膜脂肪组织,进行牛前脂肪细胞的单层贴壁培养,在细胞接种4、6、8、10、12、14、16d分别提取细胞总RNA,进行RT-PCR反应,以β-actin为定量内参照,对抵抗素mRNA的丰度进行定量分析,观察在犊牛前脂肪细胞向脂肪细胞分化过程中抵抗素mRNA的表达规律。结果表明:在犊牛前脂肪细胞分化4～12d,抵抗素mRNA丰度逐渐降低,而分化成熟后14～16d有所回升。

摘  要：
Preadipocytes from epiploon of calf were cultured with monolayer adherent method,and total RNA of adipocytes was extracted at 4,6,8,10,12,14 and 16 d,respectively.Abundance of resistin mRNA was analysed with intra-reference β-actin by relatively quantitative RT-PCR to observe the expression of resistin mRNA during differentiation from preadipocyte to adipocyte.The result indicated that the abundance of resistin mRNA was down-regulated at 4-12 d of starting differentiation from preadipocyte to adipocyte,but up-regulated slightly 14-16 d after maturation.
