泉州市发展进程中耕地转用效率分析

摘  要：
城市发展尤其是城市化和工业化发展,必然导致耕地资源配置发生变化。为了全面了解耕地资源的动态变化过程,以泉州市为例,应用边际分析的原理和方法,对耕地的转用效率进行分析和评价。结果表明,耕地转用效率出现波动性变化,并向着逐渐增长的趋势发展。最后,提出了在未来发展过程中耕地合理利用的对策及建议。

摘  要：
The city development, especially the urbanization and industrialization induces the change of the distribution of cultivated land resource. In order to find out the dynamic change course of the cultivated land resource,this paper discusses the efficiency of the transferring use of the cultivated land with the method of marginal analysis.The paper draws a conclusion that the efficiency of the transferring use of the cultivated land changes fluctuatly, but develops towards the increasing trend .Lastly,some suggestions on the rational use of the cultivated land in the future are put forward.
