新型农村绿色建筑的构建与能耗分析

摘 要:
为了利用可再生能源满足农民燃气、生活热水和冬季采暖等多层次用能需求,结合农民冬季生活习惯,构建了集成太阳能恒温沼气池系统、低温辐射床等供能系统的30 m2农村绿色建筑。研究了冬季不同环境温度下绿色建筑的能量收支平衡及其经济性,研究结果表明:该绿色建筑能够利用农村可再生能源满足农民燃气、生活热水和冬季采暖的用能需求,环境温度为-20℃时室内温度高于15℃;与传统砖混结构的农村建筑相比,新型农村绿色建筑年节约标准煤2.8吨,节省费用3275元,增加的系统投资回报期为3.9年。

摘 要:
In order to meet farmers’energy demands of gas,domestic hot water and winter heating with renewable energy,according to farmers’living habits in winter,a 30 m2 insulated rural green building made of brick and concrete,was designed integrating with thermostatic digester heated by solar energy and low-temperature radiant bed.Energy expenditure and thermal economy of the green building were studied at different winter ambient temperature.The results show that the consumer’s energy demands of gas,hot water and winter heating can be met in the green building even in winter.When the outdoor temperature was-20℃,the indoor’s was higher than 15℃.Compared with the traditional rural buildings made of brick and concrete,the new one saves 2.8 tons of standard coal and RMB $ 3275 every year,and the payback period of the green building could be 3.9 years.
