花生是中国主要的油料作物和经济作物,也是重要的特色出口农产品。通过分析当前中国花生产业的生产、深加工、机械化水平和贸易现状,指出了制约中国花生产业发展的因素,提出了相应的对策建议,并展望了中国花生产业的未来发展方向和趋势。

摘  要：
Peanut is one of important oilseed and economic crops in China,and it is also an idiomatical agricultural exports. After analyzing the status quo of production,deep procession and trade of peanut industry in China,the authors pointed out the restraining factors of peanut industry development,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
