樟树叶多酚提取物体外清除自由基及抗油脂氧化活性研究

摘  要:
樟树多酚是具有较高安全性的多酚新资源。本文比较研究了樟树叶游离态多酚、结合态多酚、大孔树脂纯化多酚体外清除自由基及抗油脂氧化活性,并对樟树叶多酚抗油脂自动氧化能力进行了研究。结果表明:在本实验含量范围内,樟树叶多酚对羟自由基、DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子都具有较强的清除能力;在含量相同的情况下,大孔树脂纯化多酚的自由基清除能力最强,与VE相当或更优。樟树叶多酚具有一定的抗油脂氧化活性。

摘  要:
The caphotree was a new polyphenol resource with high safety.The effect of polyphenolic compounds in Camphotree leaves on scavenging free radicals and the lipid oxidation of fat was studied and compared among free polyphenol,combined polyphenol,and resin purified polyphenol.The results showed that polyphenol in Camphotree leaves had great ability to scavenge free radicals(·OH,DPPH·,and O2 ·).At the same concentration,resin purified polyphenol behaved the best antioxidant activity,which was similar to VE or better than VE.In addition,the polyphenolic compounds in Camphotree leaves showed activity of inhibiting lipid oxidation.
