摘 要：
草原划区轮牧是改革传统自由放牧制度,科学合理利用天然草场,提高草场载畜量,防止草场沙化的重要措施之一。介绍了划区轮牧的概念和内涵、划区轮牧技术措施、划区轮牧保障措施,并对划区轮牧进行了效益分析。认为内蒙古西乌珠穆沁旗通过在划区轮牧技术推广中应采取注重规划设计与操作规程、坚持因地制宜、建立不同模式、加大宣传力度等措施,提出了保护草原生态、促进畜牧业发展的合理化建议。

摘 要：
Grassland rotational grazing is one of important measures to reform the traditional grazing system,scientifically and rationally use natural grassland,enhance pasture carrying capacity,and prevent the desertification of grassland.The paper introduces the concept,connotation,technical measures of rotational grazing.And benefit generated by rotational grazing was also analyzed.Xi Ujimqin Banner of Inner Mongolia should focus on planning,design and operating procedures,implement measures according to local conditions,establish different models and promote publicity in popularization of rotational grazing techniques,in order to make majority of pastoralists recognize and accept such technology.More and more pastoralists actively apply for rotational grazing project rather than passively receive rotational grazing projects.Very good results have been achieved.
