摘  要:
昆虫栖息环境复杂多变,从山川到峡谷、从平原到河流、从沙漠到洞穴,复杂的光环境与昆虫发达的视觉系统相适应。蛾类视觉对于搜寻食物和配偶、躲避天敌和不安全因素均具有重要意义。本文从夜蛾复眼宏观结构入手,综述视觉基因表达模式及其生物学意义,意在探讨夜蛾在田间灯诱环境下的趋光和交配繁殖行为,一方面从分子角度上揭示夜行性蛾类对光的高度适应机制,另一方面有利于完善灯光诱杀技术的理论体系,进一步加深基层农技人员对灯诱技术的认识和理解。

摘  要:
Insect habitats are complex and changeable from mountains to valleys, from plains to rivers, from deserts to caves.Developed vision system of insects is adapted to complex light environment, and moth vision plays a critical role in search-ing for food and potential mates, avoiding predators and unsafe environments. Begun with description of moth compound eyes structure, expression pattern of vision genes and its biological significance were reviewed to discuss phototactic behav-ior and mating behavior under light traps, which was beneficial to revealing moths adaptive mechanism to light, improving theoretical system of light traps, and enhancing grass-roots agricultural practitioners understanding of light trap techniques.
