摘 要:
水稻是我国主要农作物,同时也是安徽省的主要粮食作物。随着人民生活水平的提高对稻米质量的要求也越来越高。然而近年来却存在着产量高而米质不理想的"稻强米弱"现象。可喜的是2017年24个审定品种中,省农科院水稻所培育的两优801达到部标1-2级优质米。提出评判优质稻米时,适口性也要引起重视,以适应百姓生活的需求。

摘 要:
Rice is the main crop in our country and also the main food crop in anhui province.With the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for rice quality is growing to everhigher. However,in recent years,there has been a phenomenon of "stronger paddy but weaker rice" with high yield and poor rice quality.Gratifying is the 24 approved varieties in 2017,the two excellent 801 of rice cultivation of the provincial academy of agricultural sciences has reached the level 1-2 quality rice. When it comes to judging quality rice,the adaptiveness should also be paid attention to meet the needs of people's life.
