水稻粒重遗传研究进展

摘  要:
水稻是全球重要的粮食作物,粒重是水稻产量的构成因子之一,增加粒重对提高水稻产量具有重要作用。文章综述了现阶段有关水稻粒重的遗传效应特点,粒重与粒型及稻米品质性状间的关系,粒重数量性状基因座(QTL)定位与基因克隆的研究进展,并对水稻粒重基因在分子育种中的应用进行了展望。同时提出加强开发易受多环境因素影响、效应较小的千粒重QTL,挖掘与水稻其他性状如抽穗期、稻米品质等相关联的粒重QTL等方法将是提高水稻育种效应的有效途径。

摘  要:
Rice is a major food crop in the world,and grain weight is an important component of rice yield.Increasing grain weight plays a significant role in improvement of rice yield.This paper reviewed the progresses made in identification of genetic characteristics of rice grain weight,correlation among grain weight,grain shape and quality traits,quantitative trait loci(QTL) mapping and gene cloning.The paper also prospected the application of rice grain weight gene in molecular breeding.Meanwhile,it is necessary to strengthen the development of 1000-grain weight qTL which were susceptible to multi-environmental factors and less effective.Grain weight QTLs which were associated with other rice traits such as heading date and rice quality need to be explored.These efforts can increase the efficiency of rice breeding.
