摘 要:
应用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对渥丹百合种内10个居群花粉的形态、大小、表面纹饰、生活力等性状进行了比较研究。结果表明,渥丹百合花粉皆呈椭球体,花粉大小差异不显著,花粉都具单萌发沟,沟长达两端,但不同变种的花粉网脊上基粒形状差异显著,网脊宽度/网眼直径(R/L值)表现为大花百合(L.concolorvar.megalanthumWang et Tang)最小,黄花渥丹(L.concolorvar.concolor f.coridionKitag.)最大。花粉生活力测定表明大花百合的花粉生活力较低。

摘 要:
Pollen morphology and vigor of 10 populations of L.concolor Salisb.had been compared by aid of the light microscope(LM) and the scanning electron microscope(SEM) in this paper.The results showed as follows: The pollen of L.concolor Salisb.were generally elliptic.The diversity of the size of pollens were inapparent.The pollen had mono-culpus and reticulate sculptures,the mono-culpus extended to both ends,the shapes of reticulate speine were different.The R/L of the width of apertures and spine of L.concolor var.megalanthum Wang et Tang were least,while that of L.concolor var.concolor f.coridion Kitag.was maximal.The vigor of pollen of L.concolor var.megalanthum Wang et Tang was lowest.
