《中韩渔业协定》执行情况及有关问题研究分析

摘  要：
《中韩渔业协定》作为中韩两国政府管理渔业生产的法律文件,在协调中韩渔业秩序、妥善处理两国渔业冲突、促进两国渔业发展等方面发挥了重要作用。本文从入韩渔船数量、渔获配额、作业水域、渔船管理四个方面评价和分析了《中韩渔业协定》执行情况及存在的纠纷问题。针对冲突问题,分析了其发生的原因,提出了解决问题的建议,以期进一步推进中韩渔业的全面合作。

摘  要：
As a legal document for fishery production between China and South Korea,"China-Korea Fishery Agreement"plays an important role in coordinating international fishery order,properly handling the fishery disputes and promoting the bilateral fishery development. This article evaluated and analyzed the implementation of the agreement and the existing disputes from the perspective of the number of fishing boats in Korea waters from China,fishing quotas,operation waters and management of fishing boats. Specific analysis was made on the disputes and the causes; thereby solutions were suggested to further promote the fishery comprehensive cooperation between China and South Korea.
