中国南部地区两个家养山羊品种的遗传多样性研究

摘  要:
为了研究我国南部地区家养山羊的遗传多样性,试验采用mtDNAD-loop区测序法对2个家养山羊品种的20个个体进行分析。结果表明:整个D-loop区为1211~1213bp,共检测到10种单倍型、62个多态位点,其中核苷酸多样性(Pi)为0.01844±0.00183,单倍型多样性(Hd)为0.863±0.055,平均核苷酸差异数(k)为22.35263;构建的NJ网络进化树共分为两大支系,其中一支与捻角野山羊聚为一支,而旋角野山羊单独聚为一支,说明捻角野山羊对中国南部地区家养山羊贡献较大。

摘  要:
To research genetic diversity of Chinese domestic goats,sequencing was used to analysis 20 mtDNA D-loop sequences in 2 Chinese domestic goat breeds,the result revealed that there were 10 different haplotypes and 62 polymorphic sites.The mean nucleotide diversity(π)was 0.018 44±0.001 83,the haplotype diversity(Hd)was 0.863±0.055,and the average number of nucleotide differences was 22.352 63.The results showed an abundant genetic diversity was in domestic goat breeds of South China.The phenomenon of inbreeding and interbreeding was serious for the genetic distance.The NJ tree indicated that there were two main branches in those 2 domestic goat breeds,thereinto,one was clustered with Capra aegagrus,and Capra falconeri was clustered alone,which indicated that Capra aegagrus had more contribution to Chinese domestic goat breeds.
