“双创”视域下地方综合性高校涉农专业人才培养模式改革与实践——以临沂大学为例

摘  要：
创新创业人才培养是建设创新型国家的客观要求。这在很大程度上取决于创新创业人才的规模与质量。随着国家提出发展现代高效农业的战略规划,这就更需要高等农业教育人才培养模式不断改革与创新,提高人才培养质量,适应社会需要,同时也是新时代高等农业教育的历史使命之一。而设置农科专业的地方性高校,也应立足区域农业经济发展实际,将创新创业人才培养作为自身责无旁贷的使命。研究立足于地方区域经济的发展,结合现代农业对创新创业人才的需求,合理定位人才培养目标,着力构建以学生为中心,"多样化"与"个性化"的创新创业人才培养模式,完善适应新形势下大学生创新创业的课程体系,建立与创新创业教育相适应的教学方式方法和产教融合的实践教学体系,形成适应创新创业教育的教师团队,不断营造创新创业文化氛围,拓展大学生创新创业教育的教学资源,最终解决地方综合性高校涉农专业人才培养与区域经济发展需求协调与适应。不断加强涉农专业人才培养过程中创新能力与创新意识,创业意识与创业能力的培养,持续提高人才培养质量和效果。

摘  要：
The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is the objective requirement of building an innovative country.This largely depends on the scale and quality of innovation and entrepreneurial talents.With the strategic planning of developing modern high-efficiency agriculture proposed by the state,it is more necessary to constantly reform and innovate the personnel training mode of higher agricultural education to improve the quality of personnel training and meet the needs of the society.Meanwhile,it is also one of the historical missions of higher agricultural education in the new era.Local institutions that set up agricultural majors should also base themselves on the actual development of regional agricultural economy and take the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents as their mission.This research is based on the development of regional economy,combined with the demand of modern agriculture for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,reasonable positioning of the goal of talents training.Focusing on building a student-centered,"diversified" and "personalized" innovative and entrepreneurial talents training model;improving the curriculum system for college students′ innovation and entrepreneurship in the new situation;establishing a practical teaching system integrating production and teaching,which are compatible with innovation and entrepreneurship education;forming a team of teachers adapted to innovative and entrepreneurial education,constantly creating an innovative and entrepreneurial cultural atmosphere,expanding the teaching resources of innovative and entrepreneurial education for college students,and finally solving the problem of cultivating agriculture-related professionals in local comprehensive universities and coordinating and adapting to the needs of regional economic development.The cultivation of innovative ability and consciousness,entrepreneurial consciousness and ability in the training process of agriculture-related professional talents should be constantly strengthened to continuously improve the quality and effect of talent training.
