基于零位移的膜上移栽装置运动轨迹设计与仿真

摘  要:
针对现有移栽机移栽效率低及膜上作业存在刮膜、撕膜等问题,研究设计了一种由双曲柄摇架连杆构成的蔬菜快速移栽装置。该装置通过曲柄的旋转和摇架摇摆,使打穴体钝角入土、锐角出土,以及打穴体实现相对后移;增速装置增加打穴体入土速度,缩短打穴时间,实现了打穴体零位移条件下的快速移栽作业。仿真实验表明:该装置可以实现在2km/h行进速度下打穴体的"Y"运动轨迹,满足蔬菜移栽的农艺要求,且保证移栽性能、克服刮膜现象、提高作业速度。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of existing transplanting machine transplanting efficiency is not high and membrane operation is blown film,tear film and other issues. This study designs a composed of double crank cradle connecting rod vegetable transplanting device,through which the rotation of the crank and cradle swing to make the construction body obtuse angle into the soil and acute angle unearthed,so the construction body achieve relatively backward; Construction growth device is designed to increase the speed of the grave and shorten the construction time,realizing the zero displacement under the condition of the construction body transplanting work quickly. Simulation experiments show that the device can be realized under the 2 km / h speed of construction of"Y"trajectory,and meet the agronomic requirements of vegetable transplanting,ensure transplanting performance,overcome the phenomenon of blown film and can improve the operation speed.
