酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌动力学实验应用研究

摘  要:
基于微生物Monod模型,推导出AcidT.f菌在亚铁离子培养基中的细菌生长动力学方程。通过计算机模拟算法分析,确定不同初始条件下细菌生长动力学参数(Ks,Um,h)。在一定初始条件下,分析基质(Fe2+)氧化速率与细菌浓度变化对应关系以及不同初始pH,Fe2+,接种量浓度对亚铁离子氧化速率的影响。实验表明,室温25℃,pH值为2,二价铁离子质量浓度在10 g/L时,其亚铁离子的氧化速率最大0.273 3 g/(L.h),K有最小值为0.156 6 g/L,本实验对天然气生物脱硫中循环液[Fe2(SO4)3]的还原三价铁离子具有一定的指导意义。

摘  要:
A bacteria growth kinetic equation of AcidT.f bacteria in the ferrous ions culture medium was deduced based on Monod Model of micro-organisms.The bacterial growth kinetics parameters(Ks,Um,h) of the different initial conditions were identified by the computer simulation analysis algorithm.Under certain initial condition,the corresponding relationship between velocity bio-oxidation of ferrous ions(Fe2+) on protein concentration and concentration variation of bacteria as well as the influence of inoculation amount on bio-oxidation velocity of ferrous ions under distinct initial condition of pH,Fe2+ were analyzed.The results indicated that when the temperature was 25℃,pH was 2 and ferrous ions concentration was 10g/L,the velocity of oxidation ferrous ions reached the maximum of 0.2733g/(L·h),the value of K reached the minimum of 0.1566g/L.This study has certain significance to the deoxidization of trivalent iron in the fluid [Fe2(SO4)3] circulation of the natural gas biological desulfurization.
