小叶白蜡种子发芽试验研究

摘  要：
利用不同浓度的赤霉素及生根粉 6号、7号溶液 ,在恒温、变温 2种条件下对小叶白蜡种子进行浸种催芽试验。结果表明 ,在催芽 30天内与对照相比可获得良好的发芽率和发芽势 ,其中在变温条件下 ,用 10 0mg/L的赤霉素浸种 16h后 ,种子发芽率可达 73.3% ,效果较显著

摘  要：
Under constant temperature and variation temperature conditions, we adopt GA\-3, ABT\-6 and ABT\-7 with different concentrations to treat Fraxinus sogdiana Bung seeds.The result shows,in variation temperation condition,after soaked for 16 hours with 100 mg/L GA\-3,the seed gain a higher germination rate reaching 73.3%,which shows a most remarkable effect of all the treatment.
