Excel在杀菌剂复配研究中的应用

摘  要:
农药复配在农药研究中的重要性越来越突出。以杀菌剂为例,根据机率值分析法原理及共毒系数法原则,利用EXCEL编制了数据处理程序,实现了用户只需输入药剂浓度、菌落直径及药剂配比比例,即可快速、准确地计算出杀菌剂复配研究中药剂毒力回归方程、抑制中浓度。相关系数和共毒系数等数据。该程序操作较DPS软件简便,结果较传统手工计算更加准确,其有助于在杀菌剂复配研究中更加高效地进行数据处理。

摘  要:
Pesticide mixtures played a crucial role in pesticide research.Based on the principle of probit analysis and the principle of co-toxicity coefficient method,the data processing system was established with Excel.After the user input the pesticide concentrations,the pathogen colony diameter and proportion of pesticide,the procedure would calculate the toxicity regression equation,inhibiting concentration(EC_(50)),correlation coefficient and co-toxicity coefficient.The operation of this Excel was simpler than DPS software,and the results of the calculations of the Excel were more accurate than traditional manual.Data processing of fungicide mixture research would be more efficient.
