陕西省农村剩余劳动力转移影响因素的实证分析

摘  要：
基于陕西农村剩余劳动力的现状及特点,利用1997~2006年10年的最新统计数据,从经济因素、农村状况、农民自身素质以及城市状况这4个角度出发,选取其中可能影响陕西农村剩余劳动力转移的因素,运用相关分析和回归分析方法并结合推拉理论,从而找出影响陕西农村剩余劳动力转移的显著性因素,并提出针对性的政策性建议。

摘  要：
On the basis of current situation and characteristics of rural surplus labor in Shaanxi Province,based on the latest statistical data from 1997 to 2006,the potential influential factors were chosen from four aspects of economic factors,rural situation,farmers' educational level and urban situation.Using correlation analysis,regression analysis and push-pull theory,the remarkable factors that affected the rural surplus labor transfer were found.And some policy suggestions were accordingly put forward.
