IBA对3种薰衣草扦插生根及生长的影响

摘 要:
以法国薰衣草、孟士德薰衣草及蕨叶薰衣草‘西班牙之眼’当年生顶芽为试材,以植物生长调节剂吲哚丁酸(IBA)为生根剂,研究了不同浓度IBA(0mg/L、100mg/L、300mg/L、500mg/L、800mg/L)对其扦插生根及生长的影响,结果表明:用300mg/L的IBA处理法国薰衣草插穗,能快速促进其生根,其生根率、平均根长、根系数量、根系效果指数、株高及叶片数量均达到最大,分别为66.00%、1.87cm、8.33条、0.31、8.37cm、20.00片;同时,孟士德薰衣草的生根率、平均根长、根系数量、根系效果指数、株高及叶片数量也均达到峰值,分别为90.00%、2.00cm、15.33条、0.60、8.67cm、21.00片;用500mg/L的IBA处理蕨叶薰衣草‘西班牙之眼’插穗,可显著提高其生根率、平均根长、根系数量、根系效果指数、株高及叶片数量,且生根及生长效果最佳,分别为93.33%、1.70cm、12.00条、0.41、19.47cm、34.67片;且IBA浓度在100~300mg/L范围内时,孟士德薰衣草生根能力最强,法国薰衣草次之,蕨叶薰衣草‘西班牙之眼’最差,但IBA浓度在300~500mg/L范围内时,蕨叶薰衣草‘西班牙之眼’生根能力最强,孟士德薰衣草次之,法国薰衣草最差。

摘 要:
The different concentrations(0 mg/L、100 mg/L、300 mg/L、500 mg/L、800 mg/L)of plant growth regulator indolebutyric acid(IBA)were used as the plant rooting agent to study the effects of IBA on the cutting rooting and growth of 1-year-old terminal buds of Lavandula stoechas、Lavandula angustifolia ‘Munstead'and Lavandula multifida ‘Spanish eyes'.The results showed that the concentration of 300 mg/L IBA could promote the rooting quickly.At this time,the rooting rate,average root length,root number,root effect index,plant height and leaf number of Lavandula stoechas all reached the maximum,which were 66%,1.87 cm,8.33 cm,0.31 cm,8.37 cm,and 20,respectively.At the same time,the rooting rate,average root length,root number,root effect index,plant height and leaf number of Lavandula angustfolia ‘Munstead'also reached the peak,which were 90%,2.00 cm,15.33,0.60 cm,8.67 cm,and 21,respectively.The concentration of 500 mg/L IBA could significantly improve the rooting rate,average root length,root number,root effect index,plant height and leaf number of Lavandula multifida‘Spanish eyes',which were 93.33%,1.70,12.00,0.41 cm,19.47 cm,and 34.67,respectively,and rooting and growth showed the best effect.When the concentration of IBA was within 100-300 mg/L,the rooting ability of Lavandula angustifolia ‘Munstead'was the best,Lavandula stoechas took the second place,and Lavandula multifida ‘Spanish eyes' was the worst.However,when the concentration of IBA was within 300-500 mg/L,the rooting ability of Lavandula multifida ‘Spanish eyes' was the best,Lavandula angustifolia ‘Munstead'took the second place,and Lavandula stoechas was the worst.
