平朔煤矿生态工业园区规划与建设研究

摘 要：
结合平朔煤矿露井联采工艺特点、区域生态环境现状,进行了生态工业园区的规划设计研究,提出在建设过程中,应按照工业生态学理论,围绕黑色产业链和绿色产业链着力构建生态产业链网;同时,加强组织管理及服务设施配套,以求煤炭采选区的工业经济及生态环境实现可持续发展。另外,针对平朔生态工业园区规划设计过程中出现的问题作了分析,并提出相应的意见和建议。

摘 要：
In the paper,the planning and design of the eco-industrial park in Pingshuo Mine,with the process characteristics of open-pit and underground mining,and the status of the regional ecological environment was studied.It was recommended to build eco-industrial chain network around the black chain and green chain in the construction process based on the theory of industrial ecology.At the mean time,it was needed to strengthen organization and management and service facilities,to make the industrial economy and ecological environment achieved sustainable development in coal mine area.Besides,we analyzed the problem about Pingshuo Eco-industrial Park planning and design,and gave corresponding comments and suggestions.
