精料中桑叶粉添加水平对育肥湖羊瘤胃发酵及纤维降解菌的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究精料中不同添加水平的桑叶粉对育肥湖羊瘤胃发酵及纤维降解菌的影响。采用随机区组试验设计,将40只3月龄、体重(16.5±0.6)kg、健康状况良好的育肥公湖羊分为5组,每组8只羊,以全株玉米青贮作为粗饲料,分别饲喂含桑叶粉比例为0%(对照组)、15%(T15)、30%(T30)、45%(T45)、60%(T60)的不同精料,采取区组试验设计进行饲养试验,预试2周、正试8周。结果表明:与对照组相比,精料中添加适量比例的桑叶粉明显提高了总挥发性脂肪酸浓度;T15、T30组的乙酸浓度和乙酸/丙酸均高于对照组(P<0.05);另外,该两组的乙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、异戊酸浓度皆高于T60组(P<0.05)。除黄色瘤胃球菌以及T30组的产琥珀酸丝状杆菌外,替代桑叶粉后各组的纤维分解菌相对含量都高于对照组,并且T45组的溶纤维丁酸弧菌与嗜淀粉瘤胃杆菌相对数量高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上表明,精料中添加适量比例的桑叶粉能够促进湖羊瘤胃纤维类物质的发酵,并以45%比例的桑叶粉效果较好。

摘  要:
This experiment aimed to explore the effects of different levels of mulberry leaf powder in dietary concentrate on rumen fermentation and cellulytic bacteria in fatting Hu Sheep. Forty health male Hu Sheep(16.5±0.6 kg) aged three month, were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 8 per group. The whole-plant silage corn were used as coarse fodder, the dietary concentrate respectively included 0%(control group), 15%(T15), 30%(T30), 45%(T45), and 60%(T60) of mulberry leaf powder. The randomized block design was introduced for the feeding experiment comprising 2-week adaption and 8-week experimental period. Compared with thecontrol group, using moderate mulberry leaf powder to the concentrate could improve the concentration of the total VFA, and the concentration of acetic acid and the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid in groups T15 and T30 were higher than these incontrol group(P<0.05), the concentrations of acetic acid, butyrate, isobutyric acid, isovaleric acid in groups T15, and T30 were higher than these in groups T60(P<0.05). Moreover, compared withcontrol group, except for Ruminococcus flavefaciens and group T30's Fibrobacter succinogenes, the relative amount of cellulytic bacteria were significantly increased after adding mulberry leaf powder into concentrate, and the relative amount of Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens and Ruminobacter amylophilus in group T45 were higher than those in other groups(P<0.05). Adding moderate mulberry leaf powder to concentrate could promote the Hu sheep's rumen fermentation of fiber material, especially when the mulberry leaf powder content in concentrate was 45%.
