项目管理是建筑工程的窗口,在工程中尤其是土建工程中体现了其重要性,从诸多方面着手,就我国土建工程项目管理问题上进行了研究,从而提高建设工程的投资效益和避免安全事故的发生。为了确保房屋建筑工程进度、质量及投资预算达到要求,满足人民的需要,我们就要不断地加强对质量、安全及进度的控制。以人为本,质量优先。对控制好工程质量是极其重要的。

摘  要：
In view of the importance of the project management in construction engineering,especially Civil Engineering, a lot of management countermeasures in China are studied to improve the construction project investment returns and avoid the occurrence of safety. Also in order to ensure the quality, progress and investment, and to meet the requirements of housing construction and the needs of the people, the garantee of engineering quality is extremely important to strengthen the control on the quality, safety and progress. People-oriented, quality first.
