苜蓿草渣与小麦秸混贮发酵品质的研究

摘  要:
试验对苜蓿草渣直接青贮及苜蓿草渣与小麦秸不同比例(8.0∶2.0、7.5∶2.5、7.0∶3.0和6.5∶3.5)混贮效果、最佳配比进行了研究。结果显示:小麦秸与苜蓿草渣混贮的乳酸含量显著高于苜蓿草渣直接青贮(P<0.05),pH值、乙酸含量显著低于直接青贮(P<0.05),添加小麦秸可以改善苜蓿草渣青贮饲料的发酵品质;试验表明,苜蓿草渣与小麦秸按6.5∶3.5混贮时pH值显著低于其他处理(P<0.05),乳酸含量高于其他处理,Flieg评价得分最高,为优等饲料,苜蓿草渣与小麦秸混贮的最佳配比为6.5∶3.5。

摘  要:
The direct silage of alfalfa fibrous residues and mixed silage quality of different rate(8.0∶2.0,7.5∶2.5,7.0∶3.0 and 6.5∶3.5)between alfalfa fibrous residues(AFR)and wheat straw,and the ideal adding amount of the wheat straw were studied.The result indicated that the lactic acid content of the mixed silage were higher(P < 0.05),and the pH and acetic acid content were lower(P < 0.05) than the directly AFR silage,the fermentation qualities were improved;in this experiment,when the rate was 6.5∶3.5,the pH was lower(P < 0.05) and the lactic acid,total acid contents,and the Flieg score were higher than the others.The ideal rate of AFR and wheat straw was 6.5∶3.5.
