摘 要：
基于球模型,对比滚筒造粒工艺尿基复合肥相同养分含量不同配方粉体物料比例对成球率及产量的影响,分析表明不影响养分含量的情况下,增加粉体物料的比例有利于肥料成球,经实际造粒验证尿基复合肥班产量能提高10%以上。

摘 要：
Based on the ball model,the effects of different formula powder material proportion with samenutrient content of urea-based compound fertilizer by roller process on ball rate and yield are compared.Theanalysis shows that under the condition of not affecting the nutrient content,increasing the proportion of powdermaterial is favorable for fertilizer into the ball,through the actual verification,the granulation output of urea-based compound fertilizer is increased by more than 10%.
