摘  要：
通过对湖北省宜城市X镇的村党支部书记队伍基本情况进行摸底调查,分别从年龄、性别构成以及文化程度等方面进行剖析;接着分析了中国当前村党支部书记工作中面临的困境和自身存在的问题,并从社会治理的视角提出了相应的意见和建议。

摘  要：
Through an investigation and assessment,the basic conditions of the village party branch secretaries in X town of Yicheng,Hubei were dissected from aspects of age structure,gender composition and educational level.Then the present dilemma and problems in the work of village party branch secretaries were analyzed,accordingly counter-measures and suggestions were put forward from perspective of social governance.
