摘  要：
块菌是一类非常名贵,营养丰富,价格昂贵的食药两用真菌。在欧洲、澳洲、北美洲、亚洲和我国各地都有大量的分布。山西是我国最早发现的块菌分布地区。栎树、椴树、榛树松树、杨树、柳树、板栗等块菌的共生植物种类,在全省范围内都有分布。山西的棕壤土等土壤条件以及气候类型等自然条件也很适合块菌生息繁衍。发挥我省森林资源优势,开发块菌资源,扩大林下经济,增加农民收入,是我省山区致富的一个很好的新途径。

摘  要：
The truffle is a very rare,rich nutrition,expensive edible fungi,In Europe,Australia,North America,Asia and China have a large number of distribution.Shanxi is earliest found truffles distribution areain China.Oak,tilia,corylus,pine,poplar,willow,chestnut,etc.oftruffle's symbiotic plant species,are widely distributedin the province.Shan,xi brunisolic soil conditions and types of climate and other natural conditions are very suitable for multiplication of truffles.The development of truffle resources,expanding the forest economy,increase the income of peasants,are a good way for mountain area.
