黑龙江省某集约化牛场酮病奶牛血液生化指标变化

摘  要:
通过酮病奶牛与健康奶牛的血液生化指标分析,阐明酮病奶牛血液病理学变化,为酮病预防提供科学依据。随机选取黑龙江省某集约化牛场围产后期10头奶牛,根据血酮仪检测β-羟丁酸(BHBA)的浓度进行分组,检测2组的血液生化指标并进行相关性分析。结果:酮病奶牛血中BHBA和总胆红素(TBIL)含量升高,而游离脂肪酸(NEFA)和葡萄糖(Glu)含量降低,且差异极显著(P<0.01),其中BHBA、NEFA都超出正常范围;碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著降低,血肌酐(CREA)和L乳酸盐(L-ACT)显著升高(P<0.05),而门氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量升高且超出正常范围;酮病组奶牛血钙(Ca)浓度降低且低于正常范围;且酮病组奶牛血浆中牛结合珠蛋白(HP)极显著高于健康组,血浆中白介素1β(IL-1β)酮病组高于健康组,但差异不显著。本研究表明酮病奶牛血液中能量代谢、肝功、矿物元素和炎性因子等指标发生了明显变化,结果为诊断与预防酮病提供了病理学基础。

摘  要:
The aim of this study was to clarify the changes of blood biochemical indexes in dairy cows with ketosis,and provide a scientific basis for control of ketosis.Ten cows were randomly selected from an intensive dairy farm in Heilongjiang Province,and divided into two groups based on blood beta hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA) concentrations.Then blood biochemical parameters and correlation were analyzed in two groups of cows.Compared to control group,in ketosis group,the concentrations of BHBA and TBIL increased(P<0.01);free fatty acid(NEFA) and Glu decreased significantly(P<0.01);alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) significantly decreased(P<0.05),while serum creatinine(CREA) and L-lactic acid salt(L-ACT) significantly increased(P<0.05);cattle haptoglobin(HP) concentration was significantly higher(P<0.05),and IL-1β also increased in ketosis group but with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The data indicated an obvious change in energy metabolism,liver function and inflammatory factors in ketosis cows,which will provide a basis for diagnosis and prevention of ketosis.
