摘  要:
笔者(1985年)在“酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)诊断猪囊尾蚴病”已取得研究成果的基础上,又进行了改进研究。设计了诊断抗原制备的新方法(DEAE-Sephadex A-50抽滤法,提高原效率的12倍),缩短水浴时间(提高原效率的15-17.5倍),保持包被后抗原活性等。已诊断了120万头猪,查明了患猪抗体(IgG)的消长规律,测试了猪囊尾蚴部分理化性质、生物学特性及对机体的毒性反应。应用中西药物结合疗法治愈近20万头病猪,对治愈猪机体的康复过程和康复胴体理化性质、食用价值、治疗药物在猪体内的药代动力学等进行了研究。

摘  要:
A method for diagnosing pig cysticercosis with ELISA has been developed. An examination to 1.2 million pigs in field demonstraed that the positive conformity was 95 to 97 percent, and the coineidency no less than 98 percent. The positive percentage based on a test to 8028 pigs in laboratory. A new procedure for refining the diagnosis antigen was established. It is efficient (12 times as much as the former method) and timesaving. The whole procedure could be finished within 20 minutes. The same results would be obtained whether or not bovine serum album in was added during coating. The activity of coated antigen prolongs, therefore the coated antigen can be used for 20 to 30 days once prepared. The therapy combined Albendazole with Chinese herbal medicine to 200 thousand sick pigs produced a satisfied effect. The results of artificially infected healthy pigs with eysticercosis showed that the antibody (IgG) could be detected 9 days after infecting. The antibody emerged 15 to 21 days after infecting in most animals The metabolits of Albendazole in different tissues indicated that Albendazole was completely eliminated from the bodies 5 days after treameat. The recovering conversion and pathology of cured pigs were studied, and the physicochemical properties, nutrition and amino acids of recovered pig carcasses were systematically analysed as well.
