介孔TiO_2-SBA-15的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘  要:
目的::采用后负载法制备介孔TiO_2-SBA-15纳米粒子,并对其光催化性能进行研究。方法:以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,嵌段共聚物P123为模板剂,采用水热法制得介孔载体SBA-15,以钛酸丁酯为钛源,在乙醇分散剂中引入少量水,使钛源发生水解缩聚生成TiO_2颗粒沉积在载体表面,制得介孔结构的TiO_2-SBA-15。以X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N2吸附-脱附等手段表征样品,以降解亚甲基蓝来证明该材料的光催化降解性能。结果:XRD显示,TiO_2晶型为锐钛矿型;TiO_2衍射峰的强度,随TiO_2颗粒沉积量的增加而增强;载体SBA-15的广角特征弥散峰随TiO_2负载量的增加而逐渐消失,表明载体逐渐被包覆。SEM显示,负载样品TiO_2-SBA-15中,沉积在载体上的TiO_2颗粒随着钛酸丁酯用量的增加而增加,TiO_2颗粒沉积得越多,负载样品团簇现象越明显。N2吸附-脱附测试显示,随着TiO_2负载量的增加,介孔材料TiO_2-SBA-15的比表面积、孔容及孔径下降。在0.5g/L介孔TiO_2-SBA-15催化剂、室温下,30min可将20.0mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液降解完全。结论:利用简单的溶剂挥发法制得的介孔材料TiO_2-SBA-15,对亚甲基蓝具有良好的光催化降解性能。

摘  要:
Objective:Mesoporous nanoparticles TiO_2-SBA-15 were synthesized by post-load method,and the photo-catalytic properties were investigated.Methods:Using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as a precursor and triblock copolymer P123 as a template,mesoporous supporter SBA-15 molecular sieves have been synthesized in hydrothermal method.Titanium butoxide is hydrolyzed with the addition of a small amount of water in the ethanol dispersant.TiO_2 particles are deposited on the surface of the supporter by condensation polymerization,and the mesoporous nanoparticles TiO_2-SBA-15 were obtained.The structure of the samples was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and nitrogen adsorption-desorption.Meth-ylene blue was chosen as a model probe to investigate the photo catalytic properties of TiO_2-SBA-15.Results:XRD results showed that TiO_2 is in anatase phase.The diffraction intensity enhanced with TiO_2 deposition amount.The wide-angle characteristic dispersion peak of SBA-15 gradually disappeared with the increase of TiO_2 loading.It indicated that the supporter was gradually coated.The SEM revealed that TiO_2 particles deposition amount increased with the dosage of titanium butoxide.The more the TiO_2 particles are deposited,the more obvious the cluster phenomenon is.Nitrogen adsorption-desorption tests showed that the specific surface area,pore volume and pore size of mesoporous TiO_2-SBA-15 decreased with the increase of the TiO_2 loading.By30min,the methylene blue solution(20.0mg/L)was completely degraded by mesoporous TiO_2-SBA-15(0.5g/L)at room temperature.Conclusion:The mesoporous TiO_2-SBA-15 was obtained by simple solvent evaporation methods.It showed an excellent photocatalytic performance for the degradation of methylene blue.
