国家种质库种子干燥处理技术的建立与应用

摘  要:
降低入库种子的含水量 ,是维持种质长期安全贮藏的重要保证。经过近 2 0年的不断摸索和改进 ,国家种质库已建立起一套有效的种子干燥处理技术系统 ,完成了 33万余份种质的干燥处理任务。本文介绍了该系统的设备组成、作物种子适宜的干燥温度、相对湿度、处理时间以及应用情况。

摘  要:
Reducing seed water content to an optimum level is an important factor in maintaining viability during long-term storage. The National Crop Genebank has established a safe and effective seed drying procedure through the last two decades' continual trial and improvement, and has completed the drying of more than 330,000 accessions of germplasm resources. In this article, the equipments and facilities of the drying procedure, optimum drying temperature, relative humidity, drying times and its use are introduced.
