以乡村人才振兴促进乡村全面振兴

摘  要：
乡村振兴,人才为要。实施乡村振兴战略,推进乡村全面振兴必须贯彻落实人才强国战略、坚持人才优先发展战略,补齐乡村人才资源短板。通过分析人才总量不足、素质不高、流失严重、培养与需求脱节、工作机制不健全等方面乡村人才队伍建设中存在的问题,坚持问题导向和目标导向,从顶层设计、创新体制机制、分类施策、抓好重点群体人才培养等方面提出对策建议,加快促进乡村人才队伍建设大发展和人才振兴,从而带动乡村各项事业的发展,促进乡村的全面振兴。

摘  要：
Talents are the determinant factor of rural revitalization. To implement the Strategy of Rural Revitalization and promote the overall rural development, we must adhere to the strategy of prioritizing the talent development and strengthen the weak links in the cultivation of rural talents. By analyzing the problems in the construction of rural talent team, such as shortage in total number, unsatisfied quality, serious brain drain, disconnected training and demand, imperfect working mechanism and so on, the author proposes that the cultivation of rural talents should be problem-oriented and goal-oriented, and focus on the aspects of top design, system and mechanism innovation, targeted implementation, training of key talent groups, thus accelerate the construction of rural talent team, the development of rural undertakings and the overall rural revitalization.
